Danny Nagar


Danny began his experience in the hospitality industry at a very young age. For the first 13 years of his life, he lived with his family in a 35-unit motel in Clearfield, PA and witnessed first-hand the hard work and dedication of running a small business. He continued to work in the various family owned hotels and motels on weekends and summers throughout his youth. After college, Danny worked for several Real Estate and Finance companies such as Phillips Edison, Quicken Loans, and Marketplace Homes.

Returning to the family business in 2011, as President of Maani Management Group (MMG), Danny oversaw all aspects of the company’s management and development.  Danny worked diligently to streamline operations, create incredible guest experiences and provide operational efficiencies to investors. 

As President of Century Hotel Group, Danny continues to engineer a high quality, people-centric hospitality company.  

Danny resides in West Chester, OH and enjoys spending time traveling with his wife and three boys.  Danny holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate & Finance from Ohio State University, an MBA from Xavier University and studied law at Northern Kentucky University.


Michael Hyslope
Director of Operations

As the Director of Operations for Century Hotel Group, Mike will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations and sales success of our hotels.  


Mike started his hotel career twenty plus years ago, and brings experience with multiple brands such as Hilton, Marriott, IHG, and Hyatt.


Mike is very focused on providing the absolute best experience for our hotel guests that we can, all while ensuring that the hotel portfolio is performing well, and delivering to the bottom line.


He has spent numerous years in both sales and operations management, and has won numerous brand awards and designations.  He has a passion for helping hotels, and building a great relationship with the hotel teams.


Mike resides in Xenia, Ohio with his Wife Brianna, 4 kids, and a multitude of animals.   Mike enjoys disc golfing, bowling, and spending time outdoors with the family, preferably on a lake.


Nancy Jones

Controller / Director of Human Resources

Nancy is a controller with Century Hotel Group. In this role, she manages aspects of finance, including overseeing bills, processing payroll and various human resource activities.


Before joining Century Hotel Group in 2015, Nancy spent 11 years at Kraft Heinz Company. During her time spent at the Kraft Heinz plant she mastered various roles ultimately ending as a Quality Assurance Coordinator.


Nancy graduated from Kings Local High School in 2004. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and many dogs plus aquatic turtle.


Fun fact: Nancy has successfully climbed Mount Everest multiple times barefoot, without oxygen, and won 8 gold metals for figure skating - at least in her dreams.

Laura Adleta
Regional Director of Corporate Sales

Laura’s 30 plus years in hotel sales has allowed her the opportunity to work at Radisson, Intercontinental, Choice, & Hilton brand hotels and work within the various market segments.  Her favorite area of sales is corporate sales and catering. 


She prides herself on her abilities to build strong relationships with customers both on a personal level and business level. Her customers continually praise her on her attention to detail. In addition to building strong relationships with her clients Laura finds that building great relationships with your entire hotel staff brings everyone together and allows for better communication between departments and for the common goal of providing excellent service to our guests.


Married to her high school sweetheart for 35 years.  Together they have two beautiful grown children who are the joy of her life. Laura is blessed to have three beautiful grandkids who keep her busy as well. Her passion outside of the office is capturing memories with family and friends to create wonderful scrapbooks.


Jeremy Frisby

Executive Vice President

Jeremy Frisby is Century Hotel Group’s Executive Vice President, responsible for overall operations, sales and marketing for all managed hotels. Jeremy brings several years of hotel industry experience and a ground-up knowledge of hotel operations, including hotel construction management.


He has also been responsible for numerous hotel openings, renovations, re-positioning’s, and re-brandings. Jeremy has been honored with winning several awards for his hotels being in the top 5% of their brand among other various awards given by his hotels brands. 


In Jeremy's spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife & two children. 

Joseph Griffin

Construction Project Manager

After a ten year broadcasting career Joe switched gears and has spent the last 20 years in the hospitality industry. Majority of those years he was a general manger, in which he managed his people very well, kept to a tight schedule, and had an eye for quality work. Also during his time as a GM he successfully completed numerous hotel renovations, in doing so he realized that he has a passion for hotel renovations and enjoys all aspects of construction. 


Joe enjoys spending time outside of work with his one daughter & three dogs. He loves football, NASCAR, bourbon, and cigars. He also enjoys taking long motorcycle rides all over the US.

Elizabeth Krouse
Regional Director of Group Sales

As the Regional Director of Sales for Century Hotel Group, Liz Krouse oversees all aspects of our Corporate Relationships and continues to expand the portfolio with our preferred accounts. Liz also oversees all groups that frequent the properties including numerous family, sports and business groups that come to the area for business and leisure.


Her personal touch and understanding of each account’s needs continue to develop long term relationships between our properties and our corporate and leisure guests.  With multiple years in both sales and management Liz strives to understand each account's specific needs in order to not only satisfy but win a loyal base of accounts that will continue to call our properties their home away from home.  Liz is known for always wanting to find a way to help each guest and account find a perfect balance with their accommodations. 


When she is not at work, Liz is active with her family.  She can be seen most weekends from spring to fall cheering on her son at the baseball field. 


Debra Hartley
Regional Director of Sales

Debbie Hartley, Director of Sales for the Home2 Suites by Hilton Dayton South and the Tru by Hilton Dayton Beavercreek.  She joined the Century Hotel Group in November 2018.

Her hospitality career began in 1982 with an entry level position as a catering coordinator with IHG, and later worked as a Sales Manager for the Ramada Inn. 

Eventually, she joined the Hilton family of brands in 1990 as a Director of Sales. She was interested in another side of the hospitality industry and decided to join the Sales team at the Montgomery County Convention & Visitors bureau where she managed the corporate accounts. After 2+ years she had the opportunity to return to the hotel industry.

Debbie was given the opportunity to work with the Century Hotel Group helping to open their two new hotels and becoming the Director of Sales at both properties.  She witnessed the hotels be built from the ground up and learned so much with the daily pre-opening tasks.

The success of the Century Hotel Group hotels has been so rewarding, and she has never looked back on her decision to join in their journey. This is her work family and she looks forward to growing with CHG as they continue to grow their portfolio.
